Join Fincrew As Project Manager
Looking at business development associates already working and immersed in insurance or finance industry, to come join our growing startup. You will work with the management team of Fincrew in laying out business strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and own long and mid-term business strategy
- Execute business development and sales strategies
- Involve in the planning of the business development strategies
- Diversify sales channels to accelerate the company’s sales outreach
- Own P&L for operations of business unit and ensure achievement if budgeted EBIDTA
- Innovate, improve, disrupt by working on new projects including partnerships for short to long term growth for the vertical thereby increasing bouquet of products and services
- Create a vision for the category, iterate on new types of insurance & financial products, iterate new customer experience towards entirely online journeys, run the team to operate the category
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to the management
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role (ideally in a agile, startup environment)
- Highly motivated and goal-driven individual
- Proven ability to initiate and drive complex projects
- Strong analytical mindset & ability to identify what factors can eventually impact business (in long term)
- Ability to do a root cause analysis of the hurdles & roadblock of current business practises & get it resolved
