YOU CAN SERVICE YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN PREFERRED WORKSHOP, regardless it is our panel or non-panel.
Checking of vehicle problems claims on covered components MUST be performed at Warranty Smart panels only.
- You must keep all service invoices as
you are required to provide proof of
servicing at the time of claims. All service
invoices must have service date and
mileage recorded on the invoice.
- Failure to service on time in accordance
to compulsory warranty service intervals (late services)
or failure to keep proper service invoices will result
in claim being rejected and warranty voided.
All warranty claims are approved based on repairing faulty parts or replacing faulty parts with used/ reconditioned / OEM components.
Owner to utilise own vehicle’s insurance towing. Towing to AUTHORISED WARRANTY SMART PANELS ONLY for claims
Components that are NOT
specifically listed in your warranty
booklet are NOT COVERED.
This includes programming fees,
wear & tear items / consumables &
other items NOT listed under the
“COVERAGE” of your warranty plan.
You must service the vehicle in line with the service intervals as written
below.
You may service your vehicle at any garage / workshop (OPEN SERVICE). To
prove this, you should make sure the workshop
fills in the service date & mileage and stamp in the service columns.
Alternatively, you can also keep all service invoices (with service date,
type of oil used & mileage clearly stated) as proof of servicing your
vehicle within compulsory service intervals.
Failure to service on time (late services) or failure to keep proper
service records will result in claim being rejected and warranty
voided.
We highly encourage you to maintain your services at our authorised panels
to ensure safekeep of your service record and ease your claims process.
