Will I receive any call from Fincrew ?
We understand that receiving tele-sales call can be annoying so we will not call you to upsell any products.
We will only call you if there’s a need to, like example: on claim related matter. However, you may still
contact us if you need help on any issue. Our dedicated customers’ service team is always ready to assist
you.

Cash before cover
Full premium must be paid and received by us before the effective date of the policy. If this condition is
not complied with then this insurance policy is automatically null and void

No, you don’t need to. Our system is designed to auto create an account for each success buyer. You can
check your mailbox for the login details or
